BRICK MAILBOX REPAIR

A while ago we bought a new home and of course, the mailbox inside the brick column was rusty and literally coming apart. Being a DIY kinda guy, I marched to the street curb to begin removing the mailbox one afternoon after work. By nightfall I still hadn't finished it! In total, it took me about 8 hours to finish installing the new mailbox. I said then that I'd never touch another one. But what kept eating at me was how long it took me. About a month later I had come up with 20 different ways to do it more efficiently. I went to see a few friends I had made in my neighborhood and all 5 of them said they couldn't wait to have a new one. Well that's how Mr Mailbox came along.

I'd figure that about 99% of the people we've met couldn't find anyone to repair their brick mailboxes. Besides bugs, spiders, geckos, and water getting inside, at some point you'll be needing a tetanus shot. If you'd like to try it on your own, I don't mind sharing some tips to help.
